Safety Managers
$22.00-$25.00
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Manager to oversee onsite safety operations and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of identifying hazards, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of "Safety First" among our workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily onsite safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.

Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Lead safety meetings (Toolbox Talks) and provide ongoing training to field staff.

Investigate all incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate safety documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and equipment inspections.

Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety into daily production goals.
Required Qualifications

Certification: MUST HAVE OSHA 30 (Construction or General Industry).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety-related role within construction or manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and hazard recognition.

Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence behavior at all levels.

Proficiency in maintaining digital records and safety documentation.
Preferred Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

First Aid/CPR Certification.

Experience with high-volume industrial or construction environments.
