Job Full Description
The Intern Temp will be responsible for daily data time stamping of various processes on the shop floor. This includes a variety of processes including wax, shell, casting, fettling, NDT, machining, and others and compiling the data and cycle times as needed using excel formatting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Main priorities- daily walk through the shop floor and collect the cycle times as per the formats provided.
2. Input these cycle times in the excel format and compile.
3. Complete and execute the daily as prescribed.
4. Work with shop floor supervisors and operators to capture the time study and understand the process.
5. Organize and file the daily time stamp hard copies in to the folder.
6. Provide daily feedback to the reporting manager.
7. Other duties as assigned are consummate with your skill set.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
2. 0-1 years of industry experience related to production.
3. Must be self-motivated and work well unsupervised, as well as be able to work in team environments.
4. Candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
5. Must possess basic computer skills.
6. This individual must work well with varied personalities in the workforce, be organized and results driven.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Synchro or another ERP Database is strongly preferred
