About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. At our hotel, the maintenance team is the "heartbeat" of the property—you are responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for every guest. You will play a vital role in providing a seamless guest experience by proactively maintaining our building systems and addressing repairs with speed and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

HVAC Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hotel HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort.

Preventative Care: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house equipment to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.

General Repairs: Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs as needed to keep the property in top-tier condition.

Guest Service: Respond promptly and courteously to guest maintenance requests, maintaining a professional and solution-focused attitude.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and brand requirements.

Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of work performed and parts used.
Requirements

Certification: Must hold a valid EPA Certification (Section 608) for handling refrigerants.

Technical Skill: Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems is mandatory; proficiency in electrical and plumbing is highly preferred.
