We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Medical Biller to join a dynamic healthcare team in the Tempe area. In this role, you will be responsible for processing patient claims, managing billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate reimbursement cycles. Key Responsibilities

Review, prepare, and submit medical claims to insurance companies and payers accurately and timely.

Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments.

Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims and resolve billing discrepancies.

Process patient payments, post receipts, and handle billing-related customer service inquiries.

Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management.

Strong working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, and medical terminology.

Familiarity with various insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, etc.).

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) and billing software.

High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
