Job Title: Event Coordinator (Split Shift)
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: Split Shift – 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and professional Event Coordinators to support our client in Bakersfield, CA. This role assists traveling medical staff during their hotel stays by conducting check-ins and ensuring they depart on time via shuttle transportation to their assigned hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct early morning and evening check-ins with medical staff staying at the hotel
- Ensure staff members are present and prepared for scheduled shuttle departures
- Confirm all personnel board the shuttle on time for hospital shifts
- Communicate any attendance or scheduling issues to management promptly
- Maintain a professional and supportive presence for all staff
Requirements
- Must be available to work split shift (5:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM), Monday through Friday
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Must have a smartphone with a working camera for reporting and documentation purposes
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
