Job Full Description
Actively recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Technician in a fast
paced optometrist office.
$18.00/hr
Job duties include but are not limited to:
-
preliminary testing for patients
-
assist doctors with various duties
-
assist patients in frame selection
-
educating patients on lens technologies
-
adjusting and repairing frames
-
explaining insurance to patients
-
general office responsibilities
-
multi-tasking is a must
-
experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Previous office customer service or retail experience required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn proprietary program
- Must be comfortable and accurate with basic math skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to stand or walk throughout the 8 hour shift
