Becky brings a wealth of experience in human resources, coaching, and professional development, along with a deep commitment to empowering individuals as they navigate their employment journey.

With a background spanning talent management, recruitment, training design, employee development, and conflict resolution, Becky has spent years helping people identify their strengths, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress in their personal and professional lives. Her work as a Human Resource & Talent Management Consultant and Certified Life Coach, reflects her unique ability to combine practical employment skills with compassion, mentorship, and motivational support.

Becky has designed and facilitated numerous training programs, guided individuals through career and life transitions, and supported people in developing the discipline, self‑awareness, and communication skills needed for success. Her approach is rooted in active listening, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and emotional intelligence, creating an environment where clients feel heard, supported, and capable of achieving their goals.

She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication & Journalism and is SHRM‑CP certified, bringing both formal expertise and hands‑on experience to the individuals she serves.

STACEY WAKEFIELD-MASCARENAS

Marketing/Communications/Recruitment

Stacey has lived in the Grand Valley since 1977 and is a graduate of Mesa State College, now Colorado Mesa University.  She is an experienced public relations, communications and real estate professional with over 35 years of progressive experience as a community leader, communicator, negotiator and mediator. Stacey is a past-President of the Grand Junction Kiwanis Club, and served on the Fruita City Council from 2008 - 2016. 

She has a long list of community service experiences and was highlighted in the 2016 book "Legendary Locals of Fruita", written by Denise & Steve Hight. The main reason she chose to work for Express is franchise owner Nina Anderson and her passion for not only making an economic difference in our community but her passion for helping people and businesses find their own success stories!
