Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment on various construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing installations or repairs
- Utilize HVAC knowledge for related systems when required, supporting broader mechanical projects
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently by applying mechanical knowledge and schematic analysis
- Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry tasks and handyman repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used for project records
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades with a solid understanding of construction site operations
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams with confidence
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC components, and general construction principles
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks typical on construction sites
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport
- Prior handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus but not required
