JOB SUMMARY


Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Planning Supervisor, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the warehouse operations, including delivering, receiving, and shipping; inventory accuracy, and ensuring all equipment and supplies are well maintained, SAFE to operate and are in good working order.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy through the oversight and recording of all inventory transactions, including receipt,
stocking, storing, labeling, casing, packing and distributing all materials and supplies.
• Responsible for supervising, preparing, and loading material deliveries to both job site deliveries and customers.
• Maneuvers truck into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading
equipment are properly positioned.
• Completes required paperwork for deliveries
• Responsible for maintaining a maintenance log for all equipment and vehicles documenting the scheduling of and completion of all
required preventative maintenance, post job inspections, and repairs to ensure optimum equipment performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of small engines to be able to repair and maintain construction equipment.
• CDL License – Class B or Class A
• Forklift certification or Forklift Skill and Willing to be certified


POSITION TYPE: Full-Time


WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, may require overtime


TRAVEL: less than 5%


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Construction warehouse and light manufacturing setting. Possible exposure to grease, oil, dust, etc. Must follow all safety requirements carefully. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to handle, or touch objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must be able to lift up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work is performed in dusty and not fully air conditioned or heated warehouses; works with and around warehouse equipment. Noise level ranges from low to moderate. The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
