Compensation: $25–$30/hr (DOE) + Commission Opportunities + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Perform seasonal tune-ups, system change-outs, and preventative maintenance on everything from split systems to RTUs.

Use strong communication skills to explain technical issues to customers and build real trust—not pushy sales.

Utilize mobile dispatch software to stay organized and responsive throughout the workday.

Support your team, contribute to a positive job site, and uphold our core value: customer service comes first.
What We’re Looking For:
- EPA Universal Certification – You’re licensed to handle all refrigerants confidently and legally.
Valid Driver’s License & Clean Record – You’ll be trusted with a company vehicle.
3+ Years of Experience – You know your way around both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Strong Technical Skills – Capable of diagnostics, low-voltage troubleshooting, system charging, and airflow balancing.
Client-Facing Confidence – You’re comfortable speaking with homeowners and facility managers alike.
