Quality Analyst – Laboratory

About the Role:

As a Quality Analyst in our lab, you will be responsible for performing analytical testing on incoming samples, in-process materials, and finished products. Your expertise in laboratory techniques and regulatory compliance will ensure that every product meets the highest standards for safety and efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods using established protocols.

  • Strictly adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulatory standards.

  • Utilize analytical methods, including those from the USP Monograph, and follow detailed SOPs.

  • Record and analyze results with precision and determine next steps based on test outcomes.

  • Maintain accuracy and diligence in all aspects of laboratory testing to uphold product integrity.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is required.

  • Experience with additional lab equipment such as FTIR, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, TOC Analysis, and UV-Vis is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with the USP–NF and Empower Software is a strong plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform highly detailed testing within a regulated environment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000, depending on experience.

  • Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Work Schedule:
