Filler Machine Operator – (Night Shift)
Location: Bartow, FL
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (7PM – 7AM) | 2-2-3 Rotation
Work Environment: Fully Automated | Cleanroom | FDA & cGMP Regulated
Step into a cutting-edge manufacturing facility where precision, compliance, and automation come together. We’re actively hiring a Filler Machine Operator to run high-tech, robotics-based filler equipment in an aseptic production environment.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll operate and monitor automated filler systems using HMI touch screen panels. You’ll ensure each product is filled with pinpoint accuracy while following strict aseptic protocols. From fill-weight verification to troubleshooting robotic systems, you’ll play a direct role in upholding FDA and cGMP quality standards. You’ll work side-by-side with QC and Maintenance teams to keep operations smooth and compliant. Cleanroom procedures, batch record documentation, and regular equipment sanitation are all part of your rhythm.
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who thrives in a sterile, highly regulated environment and is comfortable with automation. If you’ve got experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or food-grade filling operations — especially working with robotic equipment — we want to hear from you. You’ll need to be sharp, reliable, and detail-driven to succeed in this fast-paced role.
Qualifications:

Experience in aseptic or sterile manufacturing (pharma, biotech, food, or beverage preferred)

Hands-on with robotic systems and HMI-controlled production lines

Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and cleanroom protocols

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate degree a plus

Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a sterile cleanroom environment
