Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on automotive systems
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Document services performed and parts used
Work efficiently to meet daily productivity expectations
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – non-negotiable
2+ years automotive repair experience (shop or dealership preferred)
Strong understanding of diagnostic equipment and repair processes
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Own tools preferred (tool allowance or support available depending on experience)
ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with brake systems, suspensions, electrical diagnostics, engine performance, and HVAC
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
