Position: Line Leader (Bilingual)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Line Leader (English/Spanish) to support daily production operations by overseeing product flow, verifying quality standards, and ensuring orders are accurate and ready for shipment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate and monitor conveyor systems while working closely with the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support production line employees to ensure smooth daily operations

Perform quality checks to confirm product meets company standards and is viable for use/shipment

Verify orders are correct (labels, counts, product type, packaging, etc.)

Start, stop, and monitor the conveyor system as needed to maintain workflow and safety

Communicate production updates, issues, and quality concerns to the supervisor

Ensure work area stays clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Assist with training and coaching employees on proper procedures and expectations
Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required

Previous experience as a Line Leader, Lead, or Supervisor in a production/warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily production goals

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
-
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with conveyor systems

Quality control or inspection experience
