Gate Attendant
Express Employment Professionals of Lakeland is a professional staffing company dedicated to helping local businesses find great people. We are currently seeking a Gate Attendant for an Exclusive Homeowners’ Association to join a growing team in Lakeland, FL.
Responsibilities:
Some typical tasks performed may include a combination of the following:
- The Gate Attendant is responsible for greeting residents as they enter/leave the community.
- Checks in visitors and contractors, maintaining a digital log
- Enforces HOA bylaws including rules for fishing pond, lights out at tennis courts and timely departure for various contractors
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Must be reliable and detail oriented
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Outdoor work - must be able to work long hours in the Florida Heat
- Ability to follow instructions
Schedule
- Monday - 3PM - 11PM, Tuesday 11PM to 7AM, Saturday 7AM - 3PM, Sunday 7AM - 3PM
- Must have availability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Shifts vary and include working through night.
