Community Security Rover (Golf Cart) – High-End Lakeland HOA
Type: Part-Time | Schedule: Nights/Evenings
Work Days/Hours:
- Friday 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Saturday 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Monday 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Tuesday 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Hours may shift by up to 1 hour based on events and coverage needs. Optional additional hours on Sunday may be available.
Position Summary:
Maintain a safe, orderly, and high-standard environment by conducting golf cart patrols, monitoring for compliance concerns, assisting with resident/guest interactions, and serving as backup gate attendant when needed. This role requires consistent documentation and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol community via golf cart; maintain visible presence
- Identify and document compliance/safety issues
- Provide backup support at the gate when needed
- Complete accurate reports and basic data entry
- De-escalate conflict and handle stressful situations professionally
- Stay proactive during downtime by monitoring and addressing issues
Qualifications:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Flexible and willing to assist where needed
- Strong data entry and written communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure
