Job Full Description
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all dining and beverage operations within the country club to ensure exceptional service and a high-quality member experience. This role is responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and special events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of restaurant, bar, and banquet service.
Supervise and train servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.
Coordinate events, private dining, and club functions.
Monitor food and beverage inventory and control costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Develop staff schedules and oversee payroll.
Address member feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
