JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
PAY: BASED UPON EXPERIENCE
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:30am -5:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must be bilingual English and Spanish speaking individual who is detail oriented and dependable to join our team. Ideal candidate must be able to manage several tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Along with the following essential duties:
- Computer Skills including Word and Excel
- Accounting / Balancing and Reconciliation
- Quickbooks Invoicing/Purchasing/Income/Reports
- Collections
- Reconciling financial reports, such as balance sheet and profit and loss statements, and expense reports.
- Enter checks, invoices, bills int our clients’ Quickbooks files.
- Contacting clients regarding accounting matters.
- May assist in the closing of various company books daily, weekly, monthly and/or quarterly.
- May assist with tax preparation of monthly sales, quarterly payroll tax returns, among others.
