Job Full Description
Seeking an HR & Office Coordinator to support two local Managers and report directly to the VP of HR (remote). This role combines HR support, office management, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct orientations, and handle new hire paperwork.

Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as point of contact, ensure policy compliance, and assist with issue resolution.

Benefits & Training Support: Assist with benefits questions and corporate training coordination.

Office Management: Maintain office organization, order supplies, coordinate with vendors, and oversee safety protocols.

Administrative Support: Help organize meetings, employee events, and provide general support.
Requirements:

1+ years of HR experience preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to lift up to 20 lbs and work on-site full-time
