Job Full Description
FORKLIFT DRIVER 1ST SHIFT
PPE / Work Environment
PPE Required: steel toe or closed toe work shoes, long pants, short or long sleeve.
Indoor / Outdoor / Climate Controlled: Indoor warehouse with shipping bay doors open at all times. Expect a hot, humid, and dusty environment due to cement handling. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions
Physical Requirements: up to 50 pounds
Job Responsibilities
Main Duties:
Operate sit-down forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport cement products and construction materials.
Move palletized materials between production, warehouse, and shipping areas.
Load and unload trucks while ensuring accurate product counts and proper weight distribution.
Stage materials for outbound shipments and production operations.
Assist with inventory control by verifying quantities and documenting material movements.
Secure loads to prevent damage during transport and storage.
Support general warehouse duties as needed, including housekeeping and material handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile: English is preferred

Experience Required: previous warehouse/forklift experience
Certifications Required: forklift certified
