Job Full Description
· Client Service
o Open new Advisory Accounts
§ SWM 1
o Open new Brokerage Accounts
o Open new Outside Investment Accounts
§ SIMPLE IRAs
§ 529 plans
§ Annuity Order Entry
o Answer Client Inquiries (not limited to examples)
§ Account balance
§ Account activity
§ Portal access
§ Document needs
o Wealthbox (CRM) Management
§ Schedule client/FA meetings
§ Set and manage tasks/workflows/calendar
§ Establish new relationships in system
§ Set appropriate tag groups
§ Assist in managing projects
o Move Money Requests
§ ACH to/from bank accounts
§ Fed Wires
§ IRA and Beneficiary IRA Required Minimum Distributions
§ Estate settlements
o Wealthvision Planning
§ Assist with client information
§ Learn how to run reporting
§ Track missing clients in system
§ Work with Miranda on linking LPL accounts
o Performance Reporting
§ Learn reporting system
§ Prepare as needed for advisors/clients
· Operations
o Back-up Compliance
§ IFG yearly audit of Advisory Accounts
§ LPL yearly branch in-person or Zoom audit
o Track advisor notifications
o Complete advertising reviews through ART
o Run bank deposits
o Keep documents properly filed in 365
· Daily/Monthly (not limited to examples)
o Hours 8:00-5:00 M-Th and 8:00-4:00 F
o Hour lunch
o Mandatory attendance 10:00-11:00 Friday Team Meeting
o Mail
§ Prepare outgoing mail
§ Sort incoming mail
§ Prepare FedEx when applicable
o Order supplies and maintain inventory
o Assist in keeping orderly office space
