John Culpepper
Owner
John Culpepper is the local owner of four Express Employment Professionals offices serving Athens, Braselton, Covington, and Lawrenceville. Since opening his first office in 2006, he has been dedicated to connecting people with meaningful jobs and helping companies strengthen their workforce.
Deeply rooted in the community, John currently serves as a County Commissioner for Athens-Clarke County, where he advocates for economic development, workforce opportunities, and policies that strengthen the region’s future. He is also actively involved in numerous civic and business organizations including serving as a board member of the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce.
A proud University of Georgia graduate, John is also a member of First United Methodist Church and a lifelong Georgia Bulldogs fan.
