Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job description:

• Lease and manage housing authority units
• Assist applicants and residents with applications and documentation
• Conduct eligibility screenings in compliance with housing regulations
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• Provide customer service and respond to resident inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and files
• More duties may be involved

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leasing/ property specialist role.
• Housing Authority experience is a PLUS
• MS Office experience
