Job Full Description

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain organized filing systems and company records
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports using QuickBooks
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed
• Provide administrative support to management and staff
• Assist with payroll preparation and other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience required
• Must be okay with dogs as there are 3 in the office.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
• Performance review after 90 days with potential increase to $45,000 annually, based on experience and performance
