Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative with data entry experience. This role involves providing customer support and handling basic data entry tasks for an insurance company. Insurance experience is a plus but not required!
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Enter customer information and update records accurately.
- Resolve basic issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Providing Insurance Quotes in the future, potential to become licensed
- Clerical and computer skills
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of data entry and computer systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
