Are you experienced in keeping machines running and downtime low? We’re hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support production operations with hands-on troubleshooting and repairs.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment

• Troubleshoot issues with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls

• Complete scheduled PMs and maintain accurate documentation

• Respond to breakdowns and work with team to minimize downtime

• Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders to guide repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Strong mechanical skills — welding, fabrication, machine repair

• Basic electrical knowledge – 3-phase systems, sensors, wiring

• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure

• Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed
