Job Full Description
We’re hiring Machine Operators for a fast-paced production facility. You’ll be responsible for running turret punches, PEM inserters, press machines, and other equipment to help keep product moving through the line. This is a great opportunity for someone with shop or production experience who’s dependable and ready to work.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate turret punch machines, PEM inserters, and press machines

Load materials into machines and unload finished parts

Perform basic quality checks and report defects

Follow production orders, safety procedures, and work instructions

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with general production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting

Familiarity with turret, PEM, or press machines a plus (willing to train the right person)

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods

Good attention to detail and ability to follow directions
