Job Full Description
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires lifting, loading, inspecting, and handling parts while maintaining quality and production standards. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for reliable employees.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from production carriers
- Hang parts on the paint line
- Place finished products into designated containers
- Inspect parts throughout the production process for quality
- Identify and report defects or production issues
- Follow work instructions and packaging procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete required production documentation
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives
Requirements
- Recent experience performing physically demanding work
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to lift materials to shoulder height throughout the shift
- Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
