Job Full Description
Are you ready to bring your mechanical know-how to a team that values hands-on skill, hustle, and reliability? We are looking for experienced Machine Maintenance Technicians.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems

Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters and schematics
-
Perform routine PMs (preventive maintenance) and document work accurately
-
Work with conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and drives
-
Assist with equipment installs and upgrades
-
Follow safety protocols and communicate with the team to minimize downtime
What We’re Looking For:
-
1+ year in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
-
Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
-
Comfortable using hand and power tools, lift equipment, and diagnostic gear
-
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
-
Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
-
Willing to work overtime or off-hours if needed
Bonus Points:
-
PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
-
Welding or fabrication skills
-
HVAC or refrigeration knowledge
