Job Full Description
We’re hiring a Property Maintenance Tech to support a busy housing operation through the end of summer. If you're comfortable with light plumbing and don’t mind a mix of indoor/outdoor work, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair basic plumbing: drains, toilets, sinks, and supply lines

Assist with unit turnover tasks including trash outs, moving furniture, and general cleanup

Perform porter work and other property support tasks as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience with basic plumbing (PVC, PEX, drains, fittings, etc.)

Comfortable with physically demanding labor and working in changing environments
-
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid Drivers License, Own Vehicle
