Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Landscaping Foreman to lead crews on large-scale or multi-phase landscape construction projects. This role requires hands-on experience with heavy equipment, blueprint reading, crew leadership, and high standards for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-operation inspections and ensure safe, proper use of all hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment

• Oversee daily equipment operation including mini excavators, compact loaders, brick saws, and paver vacuums

• Direct and manage 1–2 laborers in tasks such as excavation, layout, staging, and structural installation

• Coordinate daily with sales staff for scheduling, client updates, and site logistics

• Perform detailed quality checks and proactively correct any deficiencies

• Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites at all times

• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and site plans accurately

• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards

• Consistently meet or exceed performance, safety, and customer satisfaction benchmarks

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in landscape construction or a similar role

• Proven leadership skills; ability to manage small crews independently

• Class C CDL (preferred)

• Proficient with heavy machinery and landscaping tools (chainsaws, lawnmowers, edgers, etc.)

• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and tool maintenance

• Physically able to lift 50–70 lbs regularly, work in outdoor conditions, and be on your feet for extended periods

• High level of personal accountability and communication skills
