About the Company:
We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team and support the daily operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show available units to prospective tenants

• Send and track rent collection letters

• Walk and inspect properties for maintenance needs

• Deliver notices, including to upper-level units (stairs required)

• Enter resident and property updates in company software

• Assist with tenant relations and conflict resolution

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field

• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate tenant concerns professionally

• Solid computer skills and ability to learn company-specific software

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Valid driver’s license

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including climbing stairs
