Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Technician fluent in Spanish and English to support maintenance operations in an industrial environment. This role requires hands-on experience with equipment repair, mechanical systems, and welding (primarily stick welding).
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Safely perform welding tasks (stick/MIG/TIG as needed) on machinery, fixtures, and structural components

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors in both Spanish and English

Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and maintenance logs

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

Proficient in stick welding; MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus

Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read technical diagrams and equipment manuals

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physical labor in a factory environment
