Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate CDL A vehicles, including those requiring tanker and Hazmat certifications.

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, end loaders, tile plows, and spader shovels.

• Perform heavy labor tasks, assisting with various agricultural operations.

• Follow safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or necessary repairs.

• Assist with general farm labor tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid CDL A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred.

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including backhoes, end loaders, and tile plows.

• Ability to perform physical labor in an outdoor environment.

• Strong attention to detail and safety adherence.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
