What You’ll Do

Drive New Business

Expand our reach by making prospect calls, knocking on doors, and building strong local connections.
Create and execute sales strategies that win new accounts.

Lead With Language Skills

Use your fluency in English and Spanish to communicate seamlessly with clients and candidates.
Build trust and confidence across diverse communities.

Keep It Moving

Manage contracts, service agreements, and performance reports with accuracy.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process and long-term success.
Stay flexible — supporting clients when they need you most, even outside standard business hours.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Experience in account management, sales, or client service.
Strong communicator, negotiator, and problem solver.
Organized, driven, and ready to deliver results.
