Job Full Description
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist. This role will handle skilled electrical repair, installation, and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.
What You’ll Do

Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance

Work with pumps, motors, VFDs, and lighting systems

Install and repair wiring, fixtures, and CAT 5/6 network cabling

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions

Operate aerial equipment (up to 60 ft) and various hand/power tools
-
Supervise or lead seasonal/part-time staff when assigned
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of hands-on electrical experience

High school diploma or equivalent (trade school/associate’s preferred)

Valid Illinois Class C Driver’s License and clean driving record

Electrical license or card preferred
-
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50+ lbs
