Job Full Description
We are partnering with a well-established local construction company in the Champaign–Urbana area that is growing and looking to add an experienced HVAC Installer to their team! This is a long-term opportunity with a company known for strong culture, employee stability, and high-quality work.
This role is best suited for someone who already knows HVAC installs and wants a steady, supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Follow manufacturer specifications, job plans, and local codes to complete installs correctly and safely

Work alongside experienced technicians and installers to complete jobs efficiently and cleanly

Maintain a professional presence when interacting with customers at job sites
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential required)
- EPA certification

Ability to read installation specs, equipment manuals, and basic prints

Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
Preferred

Commercial HVAC installation experience

Experience working with furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ducted systems
