We are hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for established manufacturing environments. This role is hands-on and focused on keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
-
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
-
Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, controls, and mechanical components
-
Diagnose issues using meters, gauges, and testing equipment
-
Repair conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
-
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
-
Minimize downtime and support production efficiency
-
Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures
Qualifications
-
Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
-
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability

Comfortable working with 3-phase systems (up to 480V preferred)

Ability to read schematics and technical documentation

Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus
