Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a face-to-face selling environment, excels at prospecting, and consistently closes deals.
The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, and motivated by results, with a strong ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build relationships through in-person visits, networking, and referrals

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory

Travel to client locations to present products or services, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions

Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts

Negotiate pricing and contracts, close deals, and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding market share

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications

2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
