What This Role Really Is
As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will own the entire hiring cycle:
- Taking quality job orders and partnering closely with local businesses
- Recruiting, interviewing, and retaining a strong pipeline of associates
- Engaging in daily and weekly sales activity to grow your book of business
- Matching talent to opportunity in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
You are not just filling orders — you are managing a business line inside our office.
