Now Hiring: Bilingual Yard Worker

We are seeking a hardworking, mechanically inclined Yard Worker to join a busy non-ferrous operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and performing physical labor.
Job Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment including Skid Steer, Excavator, Cranes, Crushing and Shredding equipment
-
Operate a sit-down forklift (preferred)
-
Drive company equipment (Valid Driver’s License required)

Perform manual yard labor in a non-ferrous scrap environment
-
Identify automotive and industrial parts in scrap materials
-
Perform basic mechanical tasks such as changing hoses and assisting with equipment maintenance
-
Learn and grow within equipment operation (training available for excavator)
Qualifications:
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to identify car and industrial parts
-
Heavy equipment experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and work in outdoor conditions

Valid Driver’s License
