Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support production operations across multiple shifts. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of industrial machinery and automated equipment. Candidates must have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and minimize downtime. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment including conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems

Diagnose and repair electrical systems including 3-phase motors, control panels, relays, contactors, and sensors

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on CNC machines, presses, packaging equipment, and automated systems

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder logic
-
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms)

Replace bearings, belts, chains, seals, and mechanical components as needed

Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities

Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve reliability
Qualifications
-
2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems

Experience working with 3-phase electrical systems (240V/480V)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
-
Experience troubleshooting motors, VFDs, and control circuits

Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting

Ability to work independently on assigned shift
Preferred Qualifications

Technical degree or maintenance certification

Experience in high-speed manufacturing or automated production environments

Welding and fabrication experience

Experience with CMMS systems
