Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Technicians with strong mechanical ability and customer service skills. This role focuses on residential and multi-unit property maintenance, with an emphasis on HVAC systems and appliance repair. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting directly with tenants and property managers.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, appliances, and general maintenance issues

Perform preventative maintenance on residential and multi-unit properties

Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as needed

Respond to service calls and complete work orders in a timely manner

Maintain professional communication with tenants and property management

Document completed repairs and maintain service records

Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Own basic hand tools

Proven experience in property maintenance, HVAC, or appliance repair

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Solid customer service and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
