Schedule: Overnight shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking a mechanically inclined Line Technician to operate and support production machinery on an overnight shift. This role combines machine operation with hands-on troubleshooting and basic maintenance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes initiative to identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery according to established procedures

Monitor equipment performance and identify mechanical issues

Troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational errors

Perform basic adjustments and corrective actions to keep machines running

Conduct routine checks to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicate production or equipment concerns to supervisors as needed
Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery or maintenance

Experience operating production equipment preferred

Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues

Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
