Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and industrial systems. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting background, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, and production equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and equipment documentation
- Install, calibrate, and adjust new or rebuilt equipment as needed
- Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
- Recommend upgrades or improvements to machinery, systems, and processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical, or electrical experience
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields
- Experience with PLCs, variable frequency drives, and automated machinery
- Forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs

Compensation & Schedule
