Job Full Description
Are you the person everyone calls when something needs fixed? We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technicians with hands-on experience handling a wide variety of residential and facilities maintenance projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently tackle repairs without needing constant direction.
What You'll Do:
Complete general property repairs and maintenance
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
Repair and replace doors, locks, screens, and hardware
Install flooring, trim, and other carpentry projects
Complete painting, drywall, and patchwork repairs
Prepare units for new tenants and maintain occupied properties
What We're Looking For:
Previous property maintenance experience required
Strong carpentry and general repair skills
Experience with flooring installation and repairs
Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
Reliable transportation required
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License required
Personal vehicle required
Personal hand and power tools required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors and outdoors
