Quality Auditor – 1st Shift

Location: Rantoul & Champaign, IL

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to support our manufacturing operations in Rantoul & Champaign, IL. This role is responsible for measuring, inspecting, and verifying parts to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. The auditor will work directly on the production floor to maintain accuracy, consistency, and safety in all manufactured components.

Shift & Pay

Shift: 1st shift 

Pay: $640-$720 - week

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools

• Verify that parts meet specifications and quality standards

• Identify defects, document findings, and communicate issues to production leads

• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports

• Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage

• Follow all safety procedures and quality control protocols

• Maintain an organized and clean inspection area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality inspection or auditing in a manufacturing setting preferred

• Ability to use measuring tools and read engineering drawings or specifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience

• Familiarity with quality control standards and documentation
