Location: Champaign
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Are you an experienced Small Engine Mechanic looking for a stable, hands-on career? We're hiring skilled mechanics to join a growing golf cart distribution team, where you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain both gas and electric golf carts while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain gas and electric engines
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on small engines
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Complete service tickets and maintain accurate repair records using a computer
- Assist customers by answering basic service questions and providing excellent customer service
- Safely load, transport, and deliver golf carts using a truck and trailer when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in manufacturer-specific training to learn company equipment and repair procedures
What You Bring:
- Previous experience repairing small engines
- Experience working on both gas and electric engines
- Basic mechanic's tools
- Comfortable using a computer to create service tickets and documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide professional customer service when interacting with customers
- Experience driving a truck and trailer preferred
- CDL is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained on company-specific equipment
