Industrial Janitor – 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Industrial Janitor to join a manufacturing team. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with a company that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Job Responsibilities

Maintain clean and organized production and work areas

Clean up oil absorbent pads and other industrial waste around equipment

Remove trash and transport waste containers throughout the facility
-
Move empty containers and barrels using a pallet jack
-
Clean standing water and assist with housekeeping in designated work areas
-
Support overall plant cleanliness and organization following safety and 6S/TPM standards

Perform additional general cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned
Qualifications

Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a pallet jack

Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment

Able to lift, push, pull, and move materials as needed

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workplace

Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
