We are hiring a CDL A Driver for a well-established concrete operation. This is a hands-on driving position responsible for delivering ready-mix concrete to residential, commercial, and construction job sites while maintaining outstanding safety, customer service, and equipment care.

Experience operating mixer trucks is required. Candidates with experience operating CDL trucks, dump trucks, heavy equipment, construction vehicles, or other commercial vehicles are encouraged to apply. A valid CDL A license and safe driving record are required.

What You Will Do

• Safely operate a mixer truck to deliver concrete to job sites
• Drive to delivery locations and maneuver in tight construction environments
• Back into pumping stations, batching areas, and concrete discharge locations
• Ensure proper placement and delivery of concrete according to job requirements
• Follow mix specifications and delivery instructions
• Complete delivery tickets and required logs accurately
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, plant personnel, and job-site crews
• Maintain on-time deliveries and provide excellent customer service
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Clean and maintain the mixer drum and truck to prevent concrete buildup
• Identify and report maintenance or mechanical concerns
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times

What We Are Looking For

• Valid CDL A required
• Mixer truck experience preferred
• Commercial driving, dump truck, heavy equipment, or construction vehicle experience considered
• Safe driving record
• Ability to confidently maneuver large vehicles in tight job-site conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow mix instructions and delivery schedules accurately
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
